Deal-flow Pipeline Features
The Deal-flow Pipeline (DFP) was designed to quickly and easily connect entrepreneurs and investors. Highlighted below are two features we designed to help our members raise money and find deals.

Entrepreneurs
Send your Deal-flow Pipeline (DFP) executive summary directly to the Wisconsin Entrepreneurs’ Network (WEN) for free, personalized advice. Simply log on to the DFP and click the Get Assistance from WEN link. WEN directors will review your executive summary, provide feedback and offer free counseling on your overall business strategy and plans. Log on to the Deal-flow Pipeline by clicking here.

Investors
Automatic notifications are an easy way to stay informed on new summaries posted at the Deal-flow Pipeline. Simply log on and set your notification preferences. When a new executive summary is activated, you will instantly receive an e-mail with a brief description of the company. Investor-members log on to the Deal-flow Pipeline to easily find investment targets. Not an investor-member of WAN? Learn how to join here.

Deals Made

A total of $4.14 million in four deals were reported to WAN in November.

Renovar $1.22 million by Wisconsin Investment Partners*, NEW Capital Fund* and others
BioIonix $1.67 million by Marshfield Investment Partners* and others
TrafficCast International $250,000 by Phenomenelle Angels Fund*
GrandCare System $1 million by individual angels
*WAN Investor-member

Since WAN started tracking individual deals this past June, we’ve recorded $36.5 million invested in 19 deals. Because some deals go unreported, however, we're reaching out for additional information. For the second year, WAN is launching an initiative that calls on Wisconsin’s attorneys to help us track aggregate investment amounts—no specifics on the deals. If you are an attorney who has lead a round for an entrepreneur, please click here to learn more.

Are we missing a deal? Please e-mail us at info@wisconsinangelnetwork.com.

2006 has been a good year for the Wisconsin Angel Network. We’ve held seminars and workshops, started tracking early-stage deals, launched the unique concept ePlan, created our monthly newsletter eVestor, and begun offering on-demand educational video presentations. Membership is up to 23 investor-members, the Deal-flow Pipeline is housing more than 100 executive summaries, and deals are happening because of our activities. None of this could have been accomplished without the help of many people, too numerous to name here. Thank you to everyone who has helped us make Wisconsin a better place for entrepreneurs and investors. Please feel free to forward copies of this month's eVestor; if you're not on our e-mail list, click here to join.

Sincerely,
