More than 440 people attended the 2007 Wisconsin
Early Stage Symposium (ESS), including 47 angel and
venture capitalists who came to watch 36 companies make
presentations and pitches. Follow this

The yearly
ESS serves as a cap to the Wisconsin Technology
Council's continuum of entrepreneurship, which
kicks off each year with the Governor's Business Plan
Contest. At stake is a grand prize valued at $50,000.
